Great question! Yes, all of our Personal Trainers are equipped with various peices of equipment. From kettlebells to resistance bands and everything in-between, we have you covered!

IM A BEGINNER, WILL THIS WORK FOR ME?

Yes, of course! We train clients at all experience and fitness levels! Whether you have trained all your life or have never touched a dumbbell before, we have the Personal Trainer for you!

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?

Most gym Trainers need to follow a set, pre made plan and implement it with every client. This is the policy for most large scale gyms. We, on the other hand, customize each workout to the clients goals, needs, fitness level and potential health limitations. 

CAN I MEET WITH A TRAINER BEFORE I SIGN UP?

Yes, absolutely! We offer a free 30-minute consultation with the trainer of your choice. Meet with them, chat about your goals, and see if they are the right fit for you!
